Holidays seem to be that time of year we think about what we are missing out on and such. I want to take this time to share things I am grateful for. I hope others will take the time to reflect on what they are grateful for.

I am grateful I was with my mom through her illness. That I was able to get to know her in an intimate way. To hold her hand, to sing, to give her comfort, etc. during her time of pain and such.

I am grateful I have a roof over my head that so many others do not have. Last Wednesday I had a hit of reality when my brother's friend from grammar school sister showed up. His friend had committed suicide 8 years ago and his sister with all her losses is a lost soul right now and homeless. By helping her even for a day it was a slap of reality for me.

I am grateful for my family that have always been supportive of me.

I am grateful for my friends in 3-d and on line. I know I am loved by them as they know I love them.

I am grateful for people I have fallen in love with. Each one has taught me something on this journey in life.

I am grateful for having an education and to be able to stand on my own in anything.

I am grateful for thongs

So many things I am grateful for..... What about you?

Peace,
Tulip

I'm grateful that I have someone who loves me completely and even though I get needy and whine and moan and bitch at times, has never failed to be there for me.

:: sigh :: Even if she is 1000 miles away. :(

DK I can relate to that whole

long distance thing. Now try 14,000 miles away. Get on a plane man and see her. Jeez I wish he was only 1,000 miles away. LOL

She is a special lady having you love her.

Peace,
Tulip

I'm grateful to God for everyone and every thing he has given to me. That covers it all.

This year, I'm particularly grateful for the people he has brought into my life. I am loved and I love in return.

I am grateful for ...

1) The thoughtful friends/co-workers I have. Even when I have been a bit bitchy or slacking on the job.

2) Laurel & Manu creating this place called Literotica.

3) Having the parents I have, even when there those bad days.

4) Meeting & making friends here, there & everywhere, I go on the net. Prooving there are more good guys than jerks out there.

5) Just being alive to live / post / play / goof-off another day.

I am grateful for so many things.

1) My mom, she's been here with me through so much, good and bad. Alot of bad until i grew up and knew what it was to be a good person.

2) Knowing my grandparents and being with them both until the end. Even though both were very hard. But they both knew how much i loved them then and how very much i still love them. I cherish everything they have taught me.

3) My sister. We had barely known eachother until the last 2 years. But today we know eachother very much and im so happy to call her my sister. And to be known as an Aunt.

4) To be married to someone who accepts me as me and to love me no matter what, even though at times it gets rough.

and last but not least at all.

5) My family, for sticking by me through all of the hard times and loving me through it all, and even missing my mother a ton through this season!

6) Wishing it was saturday so i can see my mom and hug her tight!

I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope you have all been blessed like i have been.

I am grateful for the love I have recieved through my life. I have grown with every one.
I am grateful for those that let me help them in their struggles and troubles. I am at my strongest when I am helping others.
I am grateful for those moments of peace in the storm that is my life. I guess I could use a little less going on in my life.
I am grateful for all the support that I have recieve from my friends here at lit. It has been a long and rough year, and I made it through it. *Big Hugs to You All*

  • I am grateful for my darling son who has given me more pleasure than anyone or anything has ever had, or can ever have. He's filled my days and nights with love, laughter and joy.
  • I am grateful for my mother. Even though she often drives me nuts, I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have her here to do so.
  • I'm grateful to my friends. Irl and Ol ... who has always been here to give me a kind word or a kick in the ass, whichever was applicable. Or their silence as they allowed me the opportunity to whine, cry and moan whatever I was feeling.
  • I'm grateful for having a roof over my head when so many do not. Food in my home, while so many starve. Wood to heat my house, while many are cold.
  • I'm grateful for being alive and having the capabilities to enjoy it, smile at the good times, cry over the sad times and laugh at it all.
