This is all utter bullshit. Nasty isn't anymore gone than I am. I have never in my life seen any one person use guilt and sympathy the way this guy does. Is he so used to it that he doesn't even realize he's doing it? It's possible. But it's not an excuse for bringing it to the boards and hurting people. Let it go, nasty. You can't make anyone love you, and it will only make her more uncomfortable if you keep this shit up! You just threw all hope of friendship down the drain by pulling this.

Oh, and one more thing: When someone tells you that you're making them uncomfortable, it is unacceptable to continue. Now not only have you kept it up, you've made it public. Good going, pal! If it's your intention to make her feel so uncomfortable that she leaves, you're doing a good job. You could have avoided all this by continuing to just be friendly like she asked.
