i just got my brace for my back today and i feel like my old self agian now i know i cant over do it but god it felt good not to have pain for once.

been to work 3 days and things are getting better slowly but surley

i made it a week at work and no problems i feel good a little tender but thats expected i didnt over do anything at all. ill be doing the same thing next week but picking different parts so i will see how it goes then. i just want to thank everybody here on lit for talking with me through the tought times.
