for those who stay home while their s/o is at work. Have you ever looked up an ex on facebook or other social media. I did not intend to leave out those who did that at work so my apologies.

Bumping since I don't think the thread title is indicative of the your intended subject.

Having said that, I'm not really sure I understand the implication of directing your question only to those who stay at home while their s/o goes to work. Surely the possibility of people looking up ex's on Facebook or other resources can be envisioned for those who are at work, or those who do it at home with their s/o present, or even those jealous s/o's who do the looking up themselves. The possibilities seem limitless.

To answer your question, even though it doesn't directly apply to me, yes I have looked up ex's on Facebook and other social media, just as I have looked up other long lost friends.

Nothing malicious; just curiosity.

my EX looked his high school sweetheart up while I was working and left me without notice and his only explanaiton was: I'm not happy and I deserve to be happy. He wasn't even man enough to tell me he was going clear cross country to reunite with this person....found out by accident.

I am sorry that happened to you. That sucks. Maybe you are better off without your ex.

I'm very sorry for your position. Your situation is almost identical to a work colleague of mine. She eventually recovered, and is again happy. Abandonment is gut wrenching.

I hope you recover quickly. I hope you come to eventually realize you are now better off, without someone who would do that to you.

Cheers.
