Despite the novels and such, there are very few groups that have arcane introduction policies anymore.

There will be munches, which are non-play get togethers in some family restaurant somewhere-- just to say howdy.

I definitely agree that you should use FetLife as a resource. There is a dungeon in Atlanta as well, 1763. I think it's 1763.net. But first, look on Fet. Munches are your best intro method.

1763 looks fantastic! Now I just need to get the nerve up to go there and open that door again.

Try checking out local munches first. Easy to find them through FetLife. Make friends to go to 1763 with...easier as a group. Don't know if the local group also has play parties. Worth checking out.

By suggestion I visited fetlife. The discussions seem like a slower, less well-attended version of here, but I'll see if I have the nerve to look up a meet.
