It actually is a dance club, that can be erotic. Then in the back they have a large play area and private rooms as well. You aren't required to swing or even play. Many people don't play, but the option is there if you are into it.

So we are taking the plunge and attending our first club. It is out of town so we will have a nice weekend alone for the first time in a long time. We aren't into full swap, but we love the idea of going into the open area and just enjoying the view of other couples around us and watching us have fun as well.

On the off chance this is not spam merely pimping some stupid blog idea, I will say there are three things to bring. I do not speak from experience as group sex is not my thing, but I know from watching gazillions of swinger porn clips that you will need:
1. A ruby red mask. The masks in shitty porn are always black. Go for red. Or, purple with flowers or pink with feathers. Why a mask? If you don't know the answer to that, you really should not be allowed out of your house because you are full retarded. If you are already a porn star, disregard this item.
2. Sanitizer and wipes. Have you seen those porn clips where some guy just unleashes his load over three couples? Yeah, bring wipes.
3. Velcro fly-away pants. These are not a necessity, but when it comes time to get down and squirm in front of all those lovely nasties, you want to be able to disrobe quickly. Also, nothing says classy like instant tear-off clothes.

I've actually been to one before. Just went out of sheer curiosity. Didn't participate and had no intention of participating, just wanted to see what it was like. So, it allowed single men to go, which is unusual I guess, but they charged a higher entrance fee for men. My guess was that at least some of the single females were prostitutes hired by the club, but perhaps I was wrong on that. Don't really know.

Anyway, it was extemely odd. Men had to leave their clothes in a locker at the front, but females could wear lingerie. It was BYOB, so I brought a few beers. There were a bunch of mostly ugly older couples, a lot of single males, and a few single attractive young females (again, guess these were like paid by the club in some fashion). I hung out, stark naked mind you, with some ugly older couple and talked about every boring non-sexual thing you could think of and drank my beer. No offers of joining them for sex, thankfully. There was a dance floor in the main room along with a swing type contraption that women could sit in to receive oral sex, I did see a few people using it but otherwise mostly just people at the tables talking in the main room, and not really anyone dancing. Then I did a walkthrough of the back rooms before I left, there was a good bit of group sex going on in the back it appeared. All in all, though, the whole environment was not really very erotic at all.

I would say a strip club, and maybe even a regular dance club are more erotic. At least that was my impression.
