I don’t know the details of which political party stands for what, I mean it’s not the US, so who does, but I can clearly see they learned to follow in the footsteps of a weak President like Biden and elect their own. Maybe the UK will be the lesson the rest of the world needs that anti Trump isn’t the way to run a successful country.

I would like to visit and have a proper afternoon tea one day. The normal Brits do still hold the record for politeness and apologizing when running into lamp posts, they also make the best detective mystery shows.

Assuming they live that long. Things can go to shit over there PDQ. The police going batshit authoritarian, the fucking thugs breaking into people's homes over TV licenses, people getting imprisoned for Facebook posts, political opponents getting arrested and thrown into prison...and then the ongoing crimes against children by Muslim men and the government protecting the rapists..

The UK is a tinderbox.
