Goblin back in time

So I have a story Idea but I need help fleshing it out.

Young Man is transformed into a goblin. (roughly about the size of a child, green skinned, think a house elf from Harry potter but, greener, more robust and tougher looking) with an enlarged penis. Not monstrously huge or anything...and get's sent back into the dark ages. My plot device, so far, to send him back is either a magic book or an encounter with a witch or magical device or both or all three. Once there. hilarity ensues especially since goblins are rare or never seen and are believed to bestow wishes on those that catch them. This young man's semen is the only magical thing he can do and that causes those touched by it to become younger and more attractive.

That's all I have. I'm definitely going to write it but need some more ideas.

Oh.. I need some reason or way for him to get back to normal and back to our time. perhaps the artifact that transported him there is in the village or kingdom that he goes back in time to but he has to find it. People are trying to kill him because he's a goblin and he has to use his wits to escape and find the artifact. Perhaps...he uses his semen on a girl to restore her looks and her grandmother an old toothless hag see him and uses him to restore her youth and beauty and then leads him to the house or castle where the artifact is.

Poor woman in a cloak see's the Goblin. Knowing that Goblins are rare and can grant wishes, she steals the magic book and runs off.

Maybe he makes a pact with some kind of cosmic entity with a twisted sense of humour. If he is ever to return to his own time, he needs to seduce the beautiful but faithful and happily married wife of a powerful noble or merchant. The main proble of course if the fact that said noble is notorius for slaying goblins and other beasties.

I would draw from the Anita Blake, vampire hunter, world of magic. In her world a quick way to use magic is to sacrifice an animal. A human sacrifice provides the most energy. However there are consequences to using an unwilling sacrifice of great power such as a priest or naturally gifted magic user. And focusing spells at a magic user is even more dangerous and has a tendency of loss of control of the spell.

So my approach would be a group of witches kidnap a young man with latent magic abilities. They use him at the center of a spell that would temporarily pull a faery goblin from the past while ripping the young man's soul from his body to power the spell, and temporarily pushing the spirit of the goblin into his body. Instead his latent magic screws up the spell. The witches' souls are shredded to power the spell and his body and mind combine with the goblin in both the present and the past. His body literally keeps jumping back and forth every few days until the spell finally separates the goblin and young man, throwing both back to their natural times?
