So one idea I like in sci-fi/fantasy is stories where, as humanity declines, beings of fantasy come back.

See:
Wizards
Humanity has declined
Vampire Hunter D (admittedly the backstory to the setting as vampires are dying off in the present but still counts)

So I had a thought about fairies, elves, goblins etc coming back and enticing people who are at the end of their ropes and plunging them into depravity till they are lost or have lost sight of what they wanted in the first place

For example:
Present day:
Erotic Artist (could be drawings but could also be doing porn, erotica, or audio) is struggling to make ends meet when a strange but exciting woman meets them and reignites their creative drive. Soon they are working without stop putting out bizarre yet exciting works that get them lots of buzz and money form commisions. All the while the strange woman they met continues to sleep with them and take them on more and more fantastic journeys to places they can barely conceive of…then one day they post a final piece of art and disappear. Family eventually has the cops check them out and they are found dead from exhaustion.

Though the weird thing is, they died before posting and there’s signs someone dressed them after death and cried over them. But the house cameras cut out after they died.

The artist had begun a relationship with a Leann Sidhe, a spirit that excites creativity but always burns their loves out.

2. Goblin market: okay I know making goblin market erotic has been done but in my opinion it’s a good source. In this though it’s about a pair of struggling roommates who save their Pennies but still struggle with rent. One of them would like to go out and make their relationship romantic but their roommate declines, scared of just letting them down and deciding that when they get a promotion at work, she’ll ask her roommate out.

Roommate gets frustrated and goes on a walk going down an alley she never has before and finds the goblin market. Enticed by the festival atmosphere and the bountiful food, she starts stuffing her face as the goblins cheer her on.

Story continues like the poem but in this case I figure she does go back to the market and slowly becomes more goblin like and starts having sex with the goblins.

She does try and break away but the withdrawal is too much. Like the poem, her roommate goes to the market intending to free her, the goblins pelt her with fruit, she runs back, ready to save her roommate with the juice of the thrown fruit…and there’s an eviction notice on the door. She then gets a text that she’s being let go for taking time off to tend to her roommate.

Roommate starts licking the juice off of her and starts to recover…but roommate stops her and instead kisses her and takes her back to the goblin market where this time she bites down on the fruit and surrenders her humanity along with her roommate to live as goblins in the market.

3. Near/postapocalypse.

In this setting fairies have begun to appear around the world. They’ve carved out sections of the world and people are told to avoid them. But to the starving and desperate, especially in a bleak world, the fairies offer miraculous cures, bountiful food, etc. so people run to their castles and glens, sometimes coming back with lots of gifts sometimes they don’t come back at all.

Our main character is a woman who, wanting to save her town and family, journeys into a glen and in exchange for a few kisses with a fairy queen, she gets a panacea. However, the townsfolk a famine arrives. She heads back and this time, dancing naked with the Queen nets her a cornucopia.

…the town is thankful but the woman feels she can do more and despite receiving warnings from her children and family, she goes back and the Queen offers to give her a scepter that will let her make the land lush with vegetation and bestow blessings of any kind on whoever she taps it against…all she wants is one night with her. They have mind blowing sex and the woman returns

…only to find nothing but dust. The single night lasted a millennia. The queen then has her taken back into her kingdom to be her pet as she clearly has nowhere else to go.

Your first idea reminds me of an HP Lovecraft story called Pickman's Model. It is about a painter who paints the most bizarre, horrific scenes that nobody can imagine how he dreams them up. Until they figure it out. No sex, though.

Funny, this is kind of to what @RedLegoDragon 's Eroshire universe evolved to. Started as an ordinary setting for a lot of over-the-top cheating sex, is now exploring sex magic, lycanthrope and other near human creatures, and such.

Another idea like that is reverse-isekai. This gender's - the term comes from anime, but may describe western stories like "Alice in Wonderwall" as well - premise is that when the MC dies in real world (often ran over by truck-kun), they're transported to fantasy word and become a hero (often with powerful powers and a harem) there. Here, our world is isekai world for some fantasy universe, and elves, dwarves, and others start appearing and fucking around.

Or there is this highly expensive brothel out there where the client may get any createure they desire. It's unknown where the owner finds them, but they're offering anything. Want a delicate elf with a horizontal pussy? A bearded female dwarf? A giantess you need to fuck with your whole body? A centaur with a horse dick? A succubus who'd suck your life together with your sperm? A tiny little pixie that would make your cock look huge even if it's 3 inches long? Ok, this one I dib for myself.

I like the idea of the Leann Sidhe. I see a man who's beloved has died and with her, his muse.
The Leann Sidhe helps heal his soul so that he can one day produce works that will change the world.
