"Miss the days of"? Where I'm from there are still glory holes in porn stores. I've never sucked cock through one for several reasons, but it's always been a fantasy for me.

I don't know about Chicago, specifically, since I've never been down there socically (have only driven through a few times), but I thought the selling of pornography was illegal in Illinois?
In Rockford, there is a "porn store" (for lack of better word it's what I tend to call them) that sells lingerie, some fetish wear, shoes, and very few toys. There were no magazines harder than Playboy and no movies. Also, it was a small store.
I was told that if I wanted porn, or good toys, I would have to drive up to Beloit. Never have yet, though.

I know of one store for sure in Chicago that has Gloryholes in their video booths. Not sure of address, but it is 2-3 store fronts north of Belmont on Cicero. Have been sucked there many times over the years and last month finally got courage to suck two in one visit!
