Gimmicks

I am such a sucker for gimmicks. When they came out with those little half-sized coke cans? I bought 'em. When they came out with the 3-D Doritoes? I bought 'em. When they package M&M's and Kisses, etc. in holiday wrappers, I find myself drawn to them like a magnet. It's impossible for me to get through Halloween, Christmas or Valentine's Day without buying a pack of these treats wrapped in holiday colors. As it is now, I have both the kisses & reeses in pretty red, silver & gold wrappers. What a chump.

Those marketing people had me in mind from the get go.

Now that I think about it, I don't think I've gone one Easter without buying a resees egg since they first came out.

I live a sad life. At least I don't subscribe to magazines.

yes, modesto... I do, but that's because there's so little on the Micky-D menu that I like. Plus, a happy meal perfectly fills me up. What? Gonna give me a hard time because I play with the toy?

By the way, the Snicker Easter eggs kick ass compared to Reese's. I love the damn things.

Hell I have Xmas candy (Hershey's Kisses) left and yesterday I bought some for Valentines day. Guess what.. They are the same damn wrappers. How dumb am I? (don't answer that )
