Ghis (closed)

Sarah placed her hands on her hips, grinning at the man that stared at her. She didn’t have his heart, but she didn’t need his heart. She had taken him to her bed regularly, taken from him what she wanted. It was really all that she could have asked for in a relationship with Brogan Ghis.

“Now you know what you must do in order to get my news.” Sarah teased in a singsong voice, her eyes lighting up with excitement.

Brogan had, for some time now, given up hatred. Now he was simply... saddened, whenever he joined Sarah in bed. He felt he was betraying Julia, even though he thought she was dead. But he stepped forward, still shirtless from their previous encounter the night before. His hands met her hips as he drew them in flush against his own and he treated her neck to warm, seemingly inviting kisses.

"Do I really 'ave t'beg?" He asked quietly. To her, it sounded teasing. That was the mask he put on to conceal his pain and reluctance.

“Of course you do.” Sarah murmured, laughing softly as he kissed her throat warmly, giving her what she wanted the most. “You know that’s what I like.”

Ignoring the pain in his chest, Brogan pushed onward, pressing Sarah against the stone wall as his lips sought more of her skin. All he could do when he was with her like this was pretend he was home with Julia in the warm darkness of their bedroom, playing and teasing. "Tell me, love..." he whispered as he might've to Julia, but his heart clenched painfully. Still ignoring it, he met her eyes and she saw the dark smoulder of his features that was simply irresistible to most women.

Sarah let out a soft moan as she was pinned against the wall, Brogan’s warm lips caressing her throat as he rumbled words from his chest. She shivered, seeing the smoldering fire that was deep within his eyes. She leaned forward and stole a kiss from his lips, whimpering at the heat and passion that she thought she found their.

“You’re an uncle to a new baby girl.” She murmured when the kiss broke, her breath panting as she stared into his eyes. “And your sister is the queen of Norway. High and lofty positions for the Ghis.”

When she told him of his new niece, he nearly found a little bit of happiness. But when she spoke of Norway, he paused as he stared into her eyes. He hoped it was just a cruel joke... Durban wouldn't allow Kayla to be taken... but he saw truth in her gaze and he pulled away from her, stepping back and turning away in silence. His poor dear sister... wife to the Viking beast.

“Does that news not make you happy, dear?” Sarah asked as he stepped away from her, the wind that kept him going suddenly gone. “Your sister will never want for anything else in her life. You should be happy for her.”

Olaf was a cruel man, one that would probably crush Kayla Ghis, but it was true that it was a good marriage. Norway was rich with pillaged riches. A little tumble in bed was surely worth all that the strong Viking could offer her.

"... Never want fer anything...?" He didn't turn back to her. "... no, she'll be too busy wishin' she could be free an' 'appy..." he finally faced her, his eyes filled with dangerous rage. "Life is nothing when yer separated forever from yer family an' love." Then he added quietly, looking at the floor, "or yer children... but you wouldn' understand any o' tha'..."

“Of course I would, Brogan.” Sarah said as she saw that momentary flash of rage in his features. “You were suppose to be mine until Cassie got her hands on you. I know what it’ like to be separated from the only one that you could ever possibly love. How do you think it feels to look upon Annie and know that precious little girl should have been mine?”

Sarah crossed the room to stand before him, lifting his gaze back to hers. “But you’re here now and that’s all that matters. Everyone else before…you’ll forget them in time.”

"It's no' love, Sarah, it's obsession. Y'see somethin' ya fancy an' ya don't care who'r what gets hurt 'r destroyed on th' way t'gettin' it!" Her slave, now healed and stronger, was rebelling. "I should'a let m'self die on tha' field... I should'a killed m'self when y'caught me... I should'a killed you tha' first night when y'were helpless under me..."

“But you didn’t.” Sarah said with an icy coldness in her voice. “You didn’t kill me because you still think about Cassie. How would she have felt if you had killed her only sister?”

Sarah knew how to use her dead sister as a weapon, tossing her back into Brogan’s face from time to time just to keep him in line. “And there were no protests on your lips that first night I took you to my bed. You grunted and growled and filled me with your seed just like you did that whore from Chester.”

"DON'T YOU EVER TALK ABOUT HER LIKE THAT!" The Invernessian King roared like a lion and suddenly pinned Sarah to the door roughly. "She was a thousand times the woman you are, and a better mother to Annie than you could have ever been!" He snarled like a threatened beast, his hand around her throat though he didn't restrict her breathing... yet.

Sarah, to her credit, calmly stared at Brogan as he roared and yelled. She gave him a small grin as his hand circled around her throat, squeezing ever so slightly as if to show his true power.

“She…is…a…whore.” Sarah said slowly, laughing under her breath. “She fucked your best friend, Brogan. Took him to her bed without hesitation and then rubbed it in your face by making you think that naming your son after him was a good idea. Tell me now that’s a woman that cares. If she did, she would be here, saving you.”

"She couldn' 'elp me if she wanted to," he growled darkly, and Sarah knew he still thought his wife was dead. "I don' deserve 'elp anyway... I failed t'the likes o' you." With that, he threw her aside and tore the door open. "Bloody demon... Cassie knew y'were trouble... why th' bloody hell didn' I listen...? Gods, and t'think I imagined marryin' ya once."

Back in Inverness, Julia was doing the last minute preparations for her attack on Wick with Kreston. The welcome news that Kayla had finally come out of her sleep was a blessing as she allowed the were to make last minute adjustments to her plans.

“What have your scouts seen?” She asked Kreston, her body and mind weary from the weeks of battle and planning that they’d already done.

Her swelling belly was most definitely weighing her down. What she had easily hidden before was now becoming extremely apparent to all that looked at her, even if she had yet to make an official announcement.

"With Norwegian forces now following us instead of Sarah, Wick is down to less than two-thousand men. A few spies have gotten into Wick and report that those men are very unsure of Sarah because she's been missing quite a lot lately and not taking care of Wick itself, locked away in the keep. Some rumors are flying that Brogan's in there with her as her captive... some say as her lover."

Julia paused at the news of what Brogan was doing while in Wick. Despite the fact that she knew it was against his will, it still stung. Ever so slowly she sucked in a deep breath, her hand caressing her belly for a brief moment before she looked at Kreston once more.

"Then we shall free him from Sarah." She said simply.

"I've sent a few men to find out the weak points of Wick, and thus far, it seems that confidence in their leader is their weakest point. Perhaps we can instill more doubt and then expect more of them to surrender before the battle becomes too heated," he offered.

“If we can get enough to turn again her and join our cause, perhaps it will be an easy fight.” Julia suggested as she regarded Kreston for a long moment. “You have been a big help in all of this, Kreston. I don’t think that I’ll ever be able to repay you for everything that you’ve done.”

"No, this is my repayment for the joy you've brought to this family and my son, Julia. After meeting you, he's lost so much of that shyness and gained so much confidence that he will desperately need one day soon. You have no idea." He leaned in to kiss her cheek. "Now, it's time we got that husband of yours back."

“That would be my fondest wish, Kreston.” Julia said as she allowed him to help her mount her horse.

They wouldn’t tell the rest of the family when they left. A small contingency of soldiers were already watching the forces of Wick, working to create upheaval and distrust among the loyal soldiers there. She would be escorted by Kreston’s men as well as Dalton and Casso. She was prepared to wage war, but she hoped that it wouldn’t come to that.

As discreet as Julia tried to be, when she reached the Wick countryside, her presence was found out immediately and threw Wick into a panic because they were sure she had her full army hidden just out of sight. Sarah fell victim to mass desertions and those men ran with their families or joined Julia. They hated Sarah anyway, considered her no better than Arland's awful father.

Brogan was still kept in the dark. With his rebelling lately, he was in chains again, but any spirit he'd gotten from rage was fading fast, leaving him in a deep depression that made him useless to Sarah no matter how she tried to make him do as she pleased.

Each soldier that defected and came to her side was taken into custody immediately. Julia couldn’t risk having Wick soldiers simply joining her ranks. Each would swear an oath of allegiance to herself and Brogan before they were released, but their families would be treated excellent in her care. Children were given warm clothing and a warm meal. Women were given their own tent lodgings. The elderly were seen by healers to make sure that they were in the best of health. Still, she and Kreston planned, writing a letter to be delivered to Sarah which set out her terms for surrender.

Sarah, to her credit, was either oblivious or simply didn’t care about the people who were fleeing. She was too focused on Brogan and getting him to see that she was the woman for him. She could make him happy. She could give him everything that he had ever imaged.

That evening, Sarah kneeled over a chained Brogan. Her eyes looked up the length of his body, his hands chained to the thick headboard above him. It had been far too long since she had enjoyed his company. She was a woman with needs and he would satisfy them. His thick cock was between her lips as she suckled and licked his shaft, struggling to get him hard.

Brogan tried to pull away, but she'd been smart enough to bind all of his limbs. He couldn't help the rush of blood to his thick shaft, it was just male instinct. He was just too lost in depression to get angry anymore. He was so tired, so weak, and so incredibly miserable. One he saw he was stuck, he simply laid still with his face turned away from Sarah. He closed his breaking mind and heart away and his body simply took what she gave, but not with any sort of passion.

Sarah let out a pleased sigh as his cock finally stood proudly between his thighs. She pressed kisses to his neck and shoulders as she straddled his hips and slowly sank down over his thick length. She was amazed every time that he was able to stretch her so much. It was complete heaven and bliss.

Just as she started to ride Brogan, her body bouncing along his cock, she heard a knocking at the door, followed by a muffled voice telling her that there was trouble. She grunted, panting as she paused in her mission.

“Excuse me?” She called in an angry voice, hearing that there was an army surrounding the city. “I’ll deal with it in a moment!”

As the footsteps left the door, she glanced down towards Brogan, reaching to pull his gaze towards hers. “Don’t think I’m through with you, either.” She murmured as she leaned in and pressed her lips against his, clenching her pussy around his cock to keep her momentum going.
