Jack Pearson piloted the ageing Porsche 911 through the city's evening traffic. He'd bought it new fifteen years ago, after making his first million. It had been his dream to own a 911 since childhood and while more expensive cars had come and gone since then, he knew he could never part with it. Besides he'd parted with enough in his life already. His wife, his two kids and the family home for starters, plus a substantial chunk of the fortune he'd amassed from building up a successful string of accounting firms.

Miranda, the reason for the change in Jack's circumstances, sat in the passenger seat, her tight little body squeezed into an even tighter little spandex dress. She'd started as an intern in his company eighteen months ago and there was something about her that Jack couldn't resist. He'd never been unfaithful before, but things had become mundane at home and over the years his sex life had dwindled to almost nothing. Miranda changed all that. She made him feel like he was twenty one again. But Jack was no good as a cheater and he was soon found out. His wife kicked him out, hired a good lawyer and filed for divorce.

In a way, it didn't matter. He had Miranda now and the sex was great. He bought an apartment in the trendy part of the city and Miranda moved in with him. For a while things were great. She brought out the best in him, he changed his wardrobe, went to the gym everyday and started running. He felt years younger, he even bought himself a motorcycle. A sure sign he was going through a midlife crisis.

But as the honeymoon period came to an end, small cracks in the relationship began to show. As a couple, they became isolated. His children wanted nothing to do with him and most of his friends had sided with his wife in the divorce. Miranda had lost touch with a lot of her friends since moving in with him and he found he didn't have much in common with the friends she'd kept. He also worried that he wasn't keeping her satisfied, sexually.

But with that said, they still enjoyed each other's company and weekends were spent hiking or visiting places, staying in nice hotels and eating in fancy restaurants. They'd even been away for a weekend on the back of the motorbike, which had made jack feel like a rebel, if accountants could ever truly be called rebels

Of course there was also their regular date night each Thursday, something they’d done from the very beginning. Back at the start of their affair, Thursday had been the one night of the week where Jack would slip away from his family and meet up with Miranda. In those days it had been sex and room service, now it was a chance to get out and have a meal then have sex when they got back to the apartment. Jack looked forward to it and Miranda always dressed for the occasion.

This Thursday they pulled up outside the restaurant they gave their keys to the attendant then walked in. The Maitre d' checked their reservation then took them through to the bar where they ordered while they waited to be seated. They didn't have to wait long before a young man, probably still at college, came up to them.

"Your table's ready," he said. "If you'd like to follow me."

Miranda looked in the mirror and blushed. She was wearing the dress Jack had laid out for her. It was a spandex tube that fit her body like a second skin. It had spaghetti straps that were decorative, the only thing that held it up was how tightly it fit across her chest. Without a bra, it flattened her breasts against her body, so she wore a strapless push up bra, and every detail of the lace and the band was outlined by the tight red fabric, as was the skimpy thong she wore. Her tits and ass jiggled under the tight fabric with every move she made.

It was sexy, so sexy that she would never have dared to wear it in public, if it wasn't what Jack wanted. She slipped on the 5 inch stilettos that went with the dress. Then she put on a jacket. She took the elevator down to the lobby, walked out the front door of their building, across the sidewalk, and got into a Porsche with a man older than her father. Without the jacket, anyone watching would think she was a hooker.

She kissed jack, and then took off the jacket. She grinned at the way he looked at her. Things weren't great lately, but at least he still looked at her when she got dressed up the way he liked. She kissed him again when they stopped at a red light, this time slipping her tongue in his mouth, full on making out until the car behind them honked the horn.

She was pretty sure she still loved him. It was just that things were tough. She had taken the internship after her freshman year of college, wound up falling hard for her boss - Jack. He wasn't her first lover, but he may as well have been. The guys before him hadn't made her heart race the way he had - and still did. But his wife found out.

He was an accountant and she had been studying to be one, so she was painfully aware of how much their affair had cost him. His house, most of his investments, and savings. Not to mention the personal cost. His children, most of his friends. She had lost friends, too. Most of her friends were good girls, and had no interest in hanging out with a homewrecking slut. Basically, they had each other.

And he was good to her, he took her places, wined and dined her, she had no complaints. But he had awoken something in her. She was horny all the time. And he was middle aged. Every night wasn't realistic, let alone going for a second round, and while they occasionally had morning sex and nooners, it generally meant they wouldn't have sex that night. She was pretty sure they hadn't fucked since last Thursday, and she couldn't remember the last time she just gave him a blowjob, because they both kind of knew his hard ons were too valuable to spend on oral sex. When she looked at it with her accounting brain, there just wasn't enough supply to fill the demand.

After making out at the stoplight, she had to wipe lipstick off his mouth and fix her make up, and then they were at the restaurant. She left the jacket in the car, and walked beside Jack into the restaurant. Alone, she was shy, embarrassed by how she looked. With Jack, she strutted, proud to be his, eager to be in his arms. When they walked in together, nothing mattered but how he looked at her.

They followed the young waiter to the table and Jack couldn’t help noticing a few of the other male diners surreptitiously eyeing Miranda up. He couldn’t blame them, she looked hot. Just the way he wanted her to. He always liked her on display when they went out. He enjoyed watching other men lusting after her, all the time knowing that she was with him. He must have spent thousands on outfits that emphasised her physique and, whether it was a night out or hiking on a weekend she always wore something that flattered her tight little body.

As they sat down, the waiter gallantly adjusted the seat for Miranda then, as he handed them the menus, he went through his spiel.

“I’m Rob and I’ll be your waiter this evening,” he began before going through the specials and taking their drinks order.

Rob was a confident, good looking, young guy and Jack noticed he couldn’t help addressing Miranda as he spoke. It wasn’t just guys his age that lusted after her Jack thought. It was guys Miranda’s age too and he got a kick out of that.

Jack decided to make a quick trip to the bathroom before the meal and excused himself. As he did he passed Rob with their drinks. They smiled acknowledging each other then carried on their respective ways.

“Here you are,”’ Rob announced to Miranda when he got to the table. “Pinot noir for you and a Diet Coke for your Dad.”

Rob put the drinks down and seeing they were alone carried on talking.

“You look fantastic by the way,” he said complimenting her. “But I’m sure I know you from somewhere. Have I seen you round campus?”

Miranda smiled as the waiter held her seat for her. It was sweet, but he wasn't hiding the fact that he was checking her out. He was a good looking guy, cocky, probably used to having girls fall all over themselves to get with him. She probably would have been one of them, before she met Jack. But here she was, with her date, and he was basically talking to her like there was nobody else there. It seemed pretty close to disrespectful, and she bristled.

She glanced at Jack, but he was smiling. She relaxed. Jack loved knowing other men wanted her, so he was probably fine with Rob being so attentive to her. She just lowered her eyes, and let him order for both of them. The waiter went on his way, and Jack excused himself.

She felt his absence almost instantly. She was alone, squeezed into a tight, tiny dress that flaunted her curves. She would never have imagined wearing something like this before, and she was terribly nervous whenever Jack left her alone in one of the outfits he picked out for her.

To make it worse, Rob came with their drinks. He set them down, and referred to her Dad, but there was something else he had gotten wrong.

"It was supposed to be the pinot grigio," she mumbled, shyly. "He knows I like white wine. He wouldn't order noir for me."

"Campus?" she said, so nervous she sounded like a complete bimbo. "I don't think so. Well, unless it was last semester? I'm not enrolled this term."

"Campus?" she said. "I don't think so. Well, unless it was last semester? I'm not enrolled this term."

"That must have been where it was," Rob replied. "I never forget a pretty face or body for that matter."

Rob wasn't sure whether the girl was shy, nervous, or just plain dismissive, but she seemed pretty impervious to his charm. As a rule, he flirted with all the women he served. Obviously if they were with their man then he didn't take it too far, but most seemed to like it and it was good for tips. Occasionally he got a phone number out of it. On the other side of the coin sometimes he got knocked back by someone who thought they were too good to be talking to a waiter. You had to roll with the punches and it looked like Rob had been knocked back this time.

In any case the girl's father was coming back to the table and so he made his excuses.

"I'll get your Pinot Grigio straight away miss. I'm sorry for the mistake."

Jack sat down back down at the table just as the waiter was leaving. Looking at Miranda he could see she was flustered.

"Is everything ok?" he asked

Miranda blushed when he told her he never forgot a body. She wanted to tell him she was with her boyfriend, not her father, but somehow, she just couldn't make the words come out. She wondered if he really had seen her on campus, or if he was just trying to build up his tip.

"What do you study?" she asked softly, but when she looked up, something had changed in his face.

He said he'd get her wine and apologized, and then he was off. She frowned a little. It had been nice feeling flustered like that. It wasn't like men ignored her, but when she was out, she was either with Jack, or dressed much more modestly.

She had barely taken a breath when Jack sat down. He immediately saw something was bothering her, and that alone was enough to make her feel better. They might not have sex every day, but he knew her, and he cared.

"Yes," she said. "Just... the waiter brought pinot noir, and so I told him it must have been pinot grigio."

She hesitated before telling him the rest, but she didn't want to keep anything from him.

"He said he thought he'd seen me on campus," she said. "I think he was flirting with me. And, um, he thought you were my dad." She added a little laugh at the end, so Jack knew she wasn't taking it seriously.

Jack had been aware of the whole father daughter thing ever since they’d gone public with their relationship. He just hadn’t wanted to bring attention to it and make Miranda feel uncomfortable.

It had happened several times in the past. Often sales assistants initially made the same mistake, especially when they’d been shopping for clothes for Miranda. He found that a display of affection usually put them straight though.

Tonight however, was different. A guy had never flirted with his girl before in the mistaken belief that Jack was her father and he found the scenario intriguing, although he did wonder what sort of father would let his daughter dress like Miranda had for dinner at a restaurant

“Your dad, eh,” he chuckled. Then paying her a compliment he told Miranda, “But give the guy some credit, he’s got good taste.”

As he uttered the words an idea flashed through his mind.

“I tell you what,” he said. “Why don’t we have some fun tonight. I’ll pretend i’m your father and you flirt back with him. You know how I like it when other guys get interested. Maybe tease him a little. I’d like to see that. Show a little flesh, make him work for your phone number.”

Miranda nearly dissolves when Jack says the waiter had good taste. He's not mad! she thought. She grinned at him across the table, so happy. Sure, things weren't perfect, but he made her feel good. He made her feel sexy, and confident enough to wear a dress like this, and he wasn't even bothered by another guy hitting on her.

Then he suggested they don't correct the waiter. He even suggested she tease him. Her eyes opened wide, and she laughed.

"Are you serious?" she whispered, leaning towards him. "Tease him how?"

Her mouth was frozen in a half smile as possibilities raced through her mind. The waiter was not bad looking at all. It wasn't like she'd have to pretend to be into him. It did sound like fun. Before Jack could answer, the waiter came back with her glass of white wine. She smiled at him.

"Thank you," she said, looking him in the eye, tilting her head to the side, smiling cutely. "Hey. I hope I didn't come off as bitchy before. I thought you messed up my order, but it turns out DAD said the wrong thing." With a cute glower at Jack, and a can-you-believe-it? sigh at the end.

"We're still cool, right?" She gave him puppy eyes.

"Are you serious?" she whispered, leaning towards him. "Tease him how?"

There was only so far you could take things in a busy restaurant, which was a shame because in that moment Jack would have liked to have seen Miranda’s reaction to the young waiter’s hand roaming all over her young body. The thought of her being touched by another guy was getting him quite excited but watching her flirt with the young waiter was the next best thing he supposed. It had been a spur of the moment suggestion and Jack hadn't known how Miranda would react but at least her response hadn't been one of shock and horror at the suggestion.

Before they could discuss it further though the waiter returned with Miranda's drink and Jack waited to see how she reacted.

She was playing along with it, Jack thought as he smiled to himself.

"Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, it's all the same to me. But my daughter can be very fussy," he said apologetically. "Make sure you charge us for both. I don't want you taking deductions for my mistake."

"Thank you Sir," Jack said deferentially.

"We're still cool, right?" She gave him puppy eyes.

"Of course," Jack acknowledged noticing that she seemed noticeably warmer to him than she had previously.

"Miranda says you've seen each other on Campus?" Jack continued.

"Yes sir."

"Well if you can convince her to resume her studies, you'd be doing me a favour,"

Jack pretended to feel his phone vibrating in his pocket and pulled it out to look at it.

"Damn, I have to take this. I'll have the steak. Medium rare," he said. "You go ahead and order without me, Miranda."

Jack went over to the bar and making sure he could watch Miranda while he pretended to be on the phone.

"I'm Rob by the way. i guess you're Miranda. Would you like to know the specials Miranda?" Rob asked when her father had left.

Miranda didn't miss the smile on Jack's face as she flirted with the waiter. She rolled her eyes at him as he made an excuse about the wine.

"Red wine and white wine aren't the same thing, Dad," she says, like any daughter, exasperated by her parent's ignorance.

Then Jack made an excuse to leave the table. She knew damn well his phone stayed on DND on Thursday nights, so he was leaving them so she could flirt with the waitress. She wasn't sure if he knew how nervous she would be when he left, but his line about getting her to go back to school was like a life line. It gave her the perfect excuse to be flustered.

"I can't believe him," she said, watching Jack walk away. "Please don't try to convince me to go back to school right now. I really can't handle it coming from a guy I literally just met."

"Oh, yeah, I am Miranda, yes," she said, stumbling over her words a little. She felt exposed in the tight, tiny dress, and was curious what Jack had in mind. "Nice meeting you. Rob." She said his name as if she was trying it on, and her smile said she liked it.

"I want to know anything you want to tell me."

"I want to know anything you want to tell me."

Rob saw Miranda smile and decided a little flirting might go down well

“Well, Miranda, what I want to tell you is that I think you look super hot in that dress and you’ve got great breasts.”

It wasn’t a lie. Rob thought she had the most fantastic breasts and in that dress of hers they were barely contained.

“Oh and I’d like to get your number if that’s ok. Or there’s a bar around the corner maybe we could get a drink when my shift finishes”’he added. Then changing tack, he continued. “But you probably want to know about the specials, right?”
