getting balls off a ring...

the balls on one of my rings won't come off...i don't really know how to go about it. i have tried bottle nose pliers and rubber gloves.. any suggestions

what kind of ring set up do you have does the ball screw in - is it male or female, or is it just a pop in one that is stuck?

Try WD 40 or similar penetrating oil.

If the ring is NOT surrounded by flesh, you might try heating just the ball.
