Given that the new Congressman George Santos has admitted his lies and dishonesty: What should he do about it? What should Congress do about it? What should his party do about it, bearing in mind that the party presented Santos to the voters as if he was an honest candidate. Obviously the electors themselves are in no position to do anything about the situation without Congressional or Party leadership.

I am particularly interested in the response of Republicans because I guess that of Democrats is fairly predictable.

trump has a laundry list of scandal as well, including racially discriminating against black renters and having to pay a hefty fine, tax evasion and property value manipulation, his own foundation shenanigans, using bankruptcy as a business model, trying to extort Ukraine, and crazy claims and attempts to overturn a free and fair election. If you think Mr. Santos should be punished and removed than you believe that Nancy, Waters, the Squad, Shifty and the vast majority of Congress and the Executive Branch should also be removed or tried for most have done way worst.
