According to that article, 30 to 40 seconds. I assume that's an "average" time. Idon't think they take into consideration the time taken fumbling around to find the condom but does include opening the package and getting it oriented to unroll properly.

Sounds like what they really need is an ordinary condom, with a raised and darkened "x" on one side so you can quickly tell which side is which, and a couple extra drops of lube inside... at no extra cost to the consumer...
