Hmmmm...never thought about that. The only time I ever measured mine I did it from the side, right next to it. Figured that would be the best way for a proper measurement.

You measure from the base underneath to the tip when fully erect I believe.

Well, I've seen a few musicals/festivals this year that did a "Dancing Through The Decades" theme, and instead of calling it the 70's, 80's, 90's, etc, they said the 1970's, the 1980's, the 1990's and the 2000's... which sort of sounds stupid all the way up to 2000, but it seems to work as long as the 2000's is at the end.

So I guess the 2000's. lol
