I know a couple of the developers of this game, now on kickstarter; TUG (The Untitled Game)

And from the beginning they have promised me that this game would not focus on player-versus-player fight action, would not feature steel bikinis for the girlies and steroidal heroism for the Men... And, at last, they have made the post that makes it clear to me that they actually mean it.

So, at last-- I can feel right in promoting it.
This game will be much more open to interpretation than even Minecraft is. I am middle aged, and I want to play differently-- I'm thinking this one will give me a chance at that. And in a beautiful environment-- OMG the art! And the... what do you call them, the engines that make things work!

I would LOVE something like this for my kids. I get so frustrated with the characters in the games they play.

I like the random appearance generation idea, a touch of verite in the totally unreal!

I usually pick the steroidal white male character and then give it a name like "lulu".

I use to play toontown.. LOL. Yea.. Signed my kids up for it and then took over and started playing myself..

I really like second life but it is a pain the ass to figure out if you are just now starting..

Second life has some pretty cool features too.

I hear that they're working on adding a 3rd gender option possibly too... ;)
