I didn't think Spain would be the one. We really didn't have much to show for ourselves here, so we don't deserve it either, they get it. When you play like crap in the knockout rounds you can't slide by like you can in group matches.

Oh well, at least we didn't pull a France, or England, or Italy... or a North Korea

Lose it again at the alst moment. I think Spain would have been the end of the climb. I really can't see Holland playing that well. Spains gonna devour them. They did make it to the final though, that does give them a lot of credit.

Should still be fun to watch, once the flag is taken down and the PTSD fades. It's cool to see two first timers in the final though.

I haven't seen Spain play much, but thier passing and control was good, I thought. I agree Germany weren't as coldly clinical as they have been in the past, but I think the youthfulness of the team really showed through and in a good way.

Still, at least it's a european final, though it would have been great if an african team had made it through.
