Go ahead, laugh. We had a priest exorcise an apartment building we bought several years ago. There was certainly a lot of evil lurking in that dump. Did it help? I dunno, we tore it down after finding major structural defects. But the lawn on the leveled lot is beautiful and the willow tree we planted over where the basement was is gorgeous. So something worked, obviously.
