Switch things up a bit. Play around with her don't let her come for a while. Take control of the dildo and vibrator, tease her with it and fuck her mentally before you let her go over the edge.

Funny you mention that! We have one, but can't seem to get the suction base to stay affixed to anything....maybe we need to tie it down. We have played a little with the double penetration part and she really enjoys that. Yesterday I slowed things down a bit.
