I keep dreaming these really not good dreams. Its gotten to the point where I don't want to sleep. They really scare me.

I've died so many timed. Drowed, burned, pushed.... Lately I've been dreaming that I'm watching the world blow up.

I just finished a book that you might find helpful.

Creative Dreaming by Patricia Garfield PH.D.

The subtitle reads: Plan and control your dreams to develop creativity, overcome fears, solve problems, and create a better self.

I picked the book up because it contains a great deal of information about lucid dreaming, but it offers some very good strategies for maneuvering through nightmares as well.

It's a quick read, and definitely worth your time.

I've died in my dreams, but I always thought that it meant there was a change coming up. But hey, I'm not a certified dream interpreter...

Thank you

but.. i hate buts..

ive always been able to take control of my dreaming, nightmare or not.

But these.. its different..

You may think I'm crazy.. and thats ok.. but really.. I know my death dreams are past experiences.. Ive seen my past lives die.

its this new one thats freaking me out.

supperlittlegirl.. i'll certainly check out the book.

Hi Earthwind, i just read your other thread....perhaps the dreams are connected to your current situation with the kids? Maybe your feeling that things may be out of your control are reflected in the death dreams?
Just a suggestion :rose:
