Help! I hate to admit that I long for the old film that I could just take in and get developed. I have hundreds of pictures on the computer and I can't figure out on my own how to get them printed. The problem is I just can't figure out how to save them on a memory stick so that I can take them to Wal-mart. Is there some easy formula or does it depend on the photo software you use. It shows how to burn a CD but I just want to save them on a memory stick. I am a picture nut with no pictures to catalogue. Any help would be appreciated.

drag the files you want onto the memory stick..

open up the memory stick file, than open the other file that has all the pics you want.

Does your computer have a 'drag and drop' function?
Open the file with the pictures. Insert the memory stick and Open to view files on it.
Then just click and hold the picture, and drag it to the memory stick file.
Done.

^ an that too works..

What happens if you open the file and click print?

Unless you have a decent printer, photo paper, and loads of ink.... you end up with a crappy picture on flimsy paper, and by the fifth one you run out of colour

Yes, it is more cost effective and better quality to take them in.

this is a beautiful photograph below fosure :)

You can probably go to Walmart.com, upload to their web site the pics you want to print, and then pick up the prints in person (or have them mailed to you). That would save you the added step of transferring your pics to a memory stick.

I'm having a different issue with digital photography.
Because I have such a good camera on my phone, I haven't used my digital camera in forever. Picked it up a couple of days ago, and for the life of me I can't remember how to use the damn thing! Too many buttons and functions

I can do it online but I really just wanted to back it all up on a memory stick too. If I just push print I get a picture on copy paper. LOL

I think the problem is the stupid program I bought from a company. I took my pictures out of that and put it on my computer like it said to just back it up on my computer and then I could save it like regular. I was able to get it on the memory stick. Thank you for all the help I didn't think I could do it this quick. I don't have anything to do tonight but print pictures. LOL. Thanks to those who helped behind the scenes too. It is amazing how much you guys help.

I ve got a free gallery at www.flickr.com.You can get a free gallery, upload up to 200 pics free there. If you want more ,it ll cost ya.However, you can order prints of whatever you put in your gallery from them...

Odd that no one started by asking what make/model camera he has.

Does it have a removable SD card for memory?

"He?" A guy would never ask for help. We'd just pay someone to do it for us and slip them an extra few bucks to keep it quiet.
