Friendships destroyed by stupidity

The foolishness of one's self should never hurt another!

It's not very often that one meets others whom become cherished friends! There are times when feelings will be hurt or arguments arise and because of there selfishness don’t realize how deeply they have hurt others. This is the nature of being human. A weak person will dwell on the past and eventually come to realize that it is to late to ask for forgiveness, but a strong person will say they are “sorry” and move into the future!

I have come to know several beautiful intelligent ladies that I cherish as friends! But because of my selfishness and stupidity, have inadvertently hurt the ones that I hold close to my heart as friends.

With deepest apologizes I ask for your forgiveness!

and sensitive man such as you could possibly hurt a soul.

You have always been and always will be a source of great humour and fun in my life here on Lit. and i thank you for that.

CJ...***** is that way , love....heartaches.....highs.....lows. Unfortunately it is really easy to hurt someone and you're right....move on. I'm finding I just cut my losses and move on otherwise I dwell on the pain too much. Hope everything works out for you.....

Cutting losses is not my intention, for a friend should never just cut their's. I do hope that in time, the healing process will be done and the friendship that once was will be again!
