I think I got a free use idea. I'm intrigued by the free-use idea, so I thought about a story myself. I had to twist and bend the basic idea to find one that seemed to have enough substance to be a basis for even several short episodes in a series.

As it's been mentioned several times here, free-use has the disadvantage of taking the thrill out of finding a suitable partner. This easily can lead to the resulting stories being dull descriptions of the sexual act - like bad porn on video.

I tried to find a solution which was - in my case - a sex-positive society in the future. No resentments to kinks, no fixed partnering in general. No artificial limits. This left enough room for story and substance (at least I think so and according to the votes, it seems to work for a lot of the readers.)

It's called Amaranth, the Future of Sex and there will even be a true free-use episode soon. In this case, I will resort to the idea of a specific free-use zone, where the few rules of society that even exist in the story's context are lifted. (Having written them a long time ago, I'm posting the episodes one by one, didn't want to dump all I already have in one batch on Lit)

I think that's a fantastic idea. It might be supported by some local lore and tradition and revitalized by curiosity of outsiders and become, sort of, extreme tourist destination, while kept semi secret, to not be overrun. Then there could be new lore of seemingly miraculous conceptions happening to allegedly sterile women, while sceptics say they are made up just to support the perversion.

One note to make. Anne Bonny was a pirate with Calico Jack. He was hung for piracy, but she was saved because she was pregnant with child. The plan was to let her have the baby and then execute her. If the pregnant part sounds far-fetched; its not. It is actually in the bible where it says "let each own by held liable for their sins". That means, if someone murders someone, punishment is not to be dealt to relatives of the one who killed.
