Thanks, but my wife is out replacing an inferior model of a benchtop cooker thing with one that has a proper temp control. It has a pull down lid that can be heated too. It probably can make brownies (whatever they are. I'll have to search for the recipe). We had wonderful pancakes on it this morning.
