What is the connection between the colour of the frock (dress?) and the shape of the figure under it ?

white maximizes, black minimizes: an optical illusion that "we" females are taught to keep in mind to optimize that which nature gave us and which we have modified, for better or worse, over the years...

Mon Repos...in Queensland, famous for turtles crawling up the beach to lay eggs...oh also the place where Bert Hinkler (aviator) learned to fly, after watching ibises.


Finding Nemo (better than the other thing I was thinking of, monitor lizards, which eat turtle hatchlings)

Free Willy...oh wait..Nemo was a bloody clown fish! Will was a whale

..actually, the biggest threat to the turtles is the lights from nearby housing developments. the baby turtles get disoriented by the lights and head inland (to dogs etc) and not to the sea.
