First, I'm not a Republican; I believe in the principles of Libertarianism. Second, I believe "victimless crime" is an oxymoron, because there is no crime without a victim. However, dealing hard drugs is not really a victimless crime. As for being nonviolent, I think we all know how violent drug gangs are; they are not usually prosecuted because they don't get caught for the serious crimes they commit.

Inside the van there was a search for drugs and Freddie resisted. Its likely he ended up at the bottom of a 6 cop tackle.

This scenario is common.

I wanna see the autopsy to know more about the severed spine. I imagine the injury is more of a superficial laceration, and Freddie died of a heart attack from drugs in his system.
