This has more to do with economic structural inequalities and the racism/prejudice/discrimination is a consequence of the economic inequality, while you seem to see it as an unchanging racial colonialism IF I understood you correctly, please correct me when I misinterpreted.

In India there are Bangladeshians working in horrible conditions, in the Maghreb black Africans, in Europe Arabs, Turks and Eastern Europeans, in post-communist Poland it where North Korean forced workers, which caused quite the scandal. It is a structure of power and inequality, not one kind of super racism.
