To be fair, despite all the criticism, Foreign Policy's "Sex Issue" got a few things right. For an all-too rare moment, it put gender - er, sex - er, sexuality* - on the foreign policy agenda.
However The reaction included this cover:

So the Mag takes on women's issues and ends up reinforcing the same gender biases that they are whining about. They couldn't separate the gender issues from sexual issues. I think they should stick to Foreign Policy and get that wrong, because they've got little clue about gender issues.
The article is very good and I can recommend it as one that may enlighten AH'ers to why you can't win even if you're on the same side.
