Go to the doctor, as embarrising as that may sound. You may have a foreskin that suffered some trauma and cannot fully retract, and by trying to you're just damaging it more. Since it sounds like you can get it back there (though with pain), there may be something they can do, but if you let it get worse you may have to be circumcized.

the AirForce in Sweden, one part of the physical they put
us through was to show that we could pull the foreskin

I think you should speak to a doctor about this. Granted it might seem embarassing to you, but chances are, s/he has heard it all before. It might be something serious, and it might be something relatively simple. Won't know unless medical professionals are consulted.

Several of my friends had the same problem in their early 20's. A few had a full circumcision and a few were just snipped to allow greater movement and flexibility during full arousal.

Of course there is the tradition among REAL Canadian men going back centuries...do it yourself. I suggest really sharp scissors or a hatchet (if you AIM is good). If you shove the stump onto a REALLY hot frying pan right afterwards it won't even bleed that much. You'll be having sex again in a year or two. No worries.

I sorta have the same as you dude but I'm ok. My foreskin doesn't stay back fully behind the head. But with me, my foreskin rolls back and forth over the head and it's flexible enough to retract far without pain. I don't think I'm the same as other guys.

Phimosis

The condition of not being able to fully retract the foreskin is called phimosis. Go see a doctor; that's what they are there for.
You should be able to retract the foreskin completely when not erect so you can wash and remain clean, otherwise you risk infection and the development of adhesions. The doctor may recommend circumcision or a treatment to stretch the skin.

I had this problem when I was young. Very painful when you get an erection, right? Some of us just are not born with enough space in the end. My brother even had a similar problem, but his was not as tight as mine, so he could live with it.
I had to have a circumcision when I was 21, and in a foreign country, and in the service - with military doctors. The HARDest part was trying to keep from getting a hardon to break the stiches. Of course, I awoke every day with a hardon back then.

Your foreskin is just a SMIDGEN too small for your penis. When you're just hard it isn't a problem, because even with an erection, the penis doesn't get as inflated as during actual copulation. That extra erg cuts off circulation.

I can pull mine all the way back just when erect it doesn't stay there. It's not painful or anything. Just doesn't stay there, well it does sorta lol! Like, you can see the whole of the head just not the underneathy part. So for example when my girlfriend is going down on me, she can pull it back further when she want's to massage that part with her tongue.
