How about this: the Earth passes through the tail of a comet, or a celestial gas cloud, or whatever, but the result is the same: all, and I mean ALL, fabrics are VAPORIZED instantaneously! That means especially all clothing. Clothing that people are wearing, that are hanging in their closets, that are on the store shelves, whatever. The Earth is suddenly, and completely, DEVOID of clothes! Everyone is nude.

"The Nude Bomb" was written by Mel Brooks and Buck Henry and starred Don Adams,who played once again his role from the 60's in "Get Smart".Premise of the film is that Smart's old enemy,KAOS has developed a bomb that destroys only clothing,leaving KAOS with a total monopoly on clothing.Maxwell Smart and his team of variously numbered agents ,must once again thwart this newest plot by KAOS.
This movie actually played on one the U.S. networks.however to get it past the sigma cum laud graduates of the Cotton Mather School of TV Censors,it was retitled "The Return of Maxwell Smart".

I actually saw that movie in the theaters when it came out. Good silly fun, just like the TV show. But very little actual nudity!

The original "Karen Naked In School" concept is quite similar. It's not on Literotica, but it can be found at this ASSTR page or at StoriesOnline.

There's also a similar mechanic in Jean Auel's debut novel Clan of the Cave Bear, which is a historical fiction set during the Ice Age and focuses on a Cro-Magnon (read: Homo sapiens) girl being raised by a group of Neandertals, the titular Clan of the Cave Bear. The Clan (who speak primarily in sign language, due to a now-disproved belief that Neandertals had severely-reduced vocal function) have a hand signal which only a man can give to a woman, and requires that woman to drop whatever they're doing and present for doggy-style. For whatever reasons, Neandertal women can be instantly turned on by The Signal, so it's never non-con... but our heroine is a Cro-Magnon, and the drama is played to the hilt.

smart in making everyone strip naked during a robbery. They would be less likely to call the cops right away after he leaves the bank.

I don't know if this helps, but I immediately thought of a Goddess who has all of her lady slaves work bare chested so that she can punish them with a quick swish to the breast with her whip, or a tug to the nipple (like a kid would be pulled by his ear). They would be forced to wait at banquets semi nude while guests laughed and pointed or punished them for getting something wrong. The Goddess would be all powerful and quite hard to please. Just a thought anyway ...

I did a science fiction story concept one time where the Earth passed through a section of space that made everyone blind. This was before the Julianne Moore movie with a similar concept. For my version the underlying idea was if everyone was blind it would not matter what people wore for clothing, and on a more humanitarian level I was going to work in a plot idea where people got to know each other better (and could not discriminate as easily) because they lacked the sense of sight.

Would more of the world go without clothing if this happened? Would we tear ourselves appart or come together in attempts to overcome the challenges?

I had a story idea similar to what you are saying, yellowcamaro.

Basically, this gang of film makers capture their actors and force them to perform on porn sets everyday. Obviously, they choose their actors for their looks, but they also aim for different varieties, so they have whites, blacks, asians, tall, small, slim, curvy, young, old, you name it. For increased control, everyone is held naked in large cages.

I tried to write it but I'm not very good at it. Anyways, I was following one new recruit from the day of his capture to the day he set everyone free several months later. The humiliation is daily, but every new recruits really gets it bad at first and kind of becomes accustomed to it.

Anyways, what do you guys think?
