I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a story about an idea I had. It would involve forced incest. It would have this High school class going on a field trip. This boy had recently rejected a girl sometime before the field trip. The girl had arranged for people to hijack the field trip and force the boy to have sex with her on camera. But as she was getting ready to go on the trip she was informed by a teacher that she wasn't going on the trip because of something she did or did not do. She was unable to get a message to the people to stop the hijacking. The people that take over the trip never actually saw the girl. so they don't know what she looks like but they just know her name. They force the boy to have sex with a girl with the name of the girl who hired them. Turns out the kids they forced to have sex are siblings. In this world when a couple have sex with the person they are meant to be with they can get married and the government has no choice but to let them do so if they wish. When the siblings have sex that thing happens. The siblings also want to get married. Then after they find out she is also pregnant. With their sex being on camera and broadcasted on tv and the fact that she's pregnant only makes the world and the girl who hired the hijacking go into a frenzy. A couple things can be changed a little.

I think, and this is just my opinion, that you're making the story overly complicated. The reason why the hijackers board the bus doesn't have to be about unrequited sexual desire on the part of a spurned girl. You have to ask yourself a few questions. How can she afford to pay these hijackers? How did she locate people willing to hijack a busload of students in order to force two of them to have sex? Why didn't the siblings speak up about the fact that they're siblings? Or did they, and the hijackers don't care? They might not have ever met the girl who hired them, but wouldn't they be suspicious if the girl they are targeting acts like she doesn't know what's going on and protests heavily?

Even if the brother and sister are secretly lusting each other and welcome the opportunity to copulate, would they be just as willing to do it in front of all their friends? In this world where copulation equals a contract of marriage, do siblings get married often?

You have a lot of questions to ask yourself before this story can be written the way you envision it, I think. I do like the hijacking angle, though. I suspect what you want is a way for the brother and the sister to be forced together in such a way that they have to then remain together, but revealing that they're perfectly okay with the situation. In that case, I'd drop the spurned girl angle and just have the hijackers be anarchists who specifically target sibling pairs as a way to protest the law about sex-equals-marriage. This gives them motivation to commit the crime and to be callous about any protests the siblings might voice. You could even expand the story to have more than the one pair of siblings on the bus so that you could create a multi-part story. This could even turn into a novel if you design the plot right.

Begin the story on the bus, moments before the hijacking, if you want to include an action piece, something to set the mood for the fear the students would be feeling. I, personally, would start the story with the students already prisoners and reveal what's happening through dialog and narrative. Move right into the hijackers telling the students outright what their motivations are. Filming the copulation is their way of proving that the sex did, indeed, occur, so that the law would have to be followed. Separate chapters for each of the sibling pairs involved, varying the degree of their willingness and how they react to the situation afterwards, then follow the newlyweds as they deal with it. Family backlash, protests, the media attention, pregnancies, and so on. One couple loves the new relationship, one couple struggles, one couple ends up breaking up. It could be a very intriguing novel!

First off the High school girl would be able to afford to hire hijackers/kidnappers or whatever you want to call them is because her family is super super rich and doesn't pay attention to what his daughter spends her allowance on. I've thought of a lot of the points you mentioned but when I post the ideas I always get told that I've thought the story out enough that I should just write the story myself. As for her knowing how to locate the people to hijack maybe she runs with the wrong crowd or maybe her dad or other family member is a mobster or something. Maybe the hijackers didn't allow the students to talk or maybe they would think that some of them would lie to get of of having sex. Maybe they were told that the girl who hired them would fight it to make things seem less suspicious.

Maybe the siblings were just really close and didn't know they had those feelings towards one another maybe the did know. They wouldn't want to copulate in front of others but they didn't have any choice. Now I hate to make this comparison but sex doesn't mean sex contract but I was thinking something supernatural or something like imprinting like in the Twilight series. Or maybe something would happen to their bodies that would let the world know if they don't have the option that death could happen who knows. I was thinking that the author could figure that out.

I was thinking that the hijackers/kidnappers would force a few or all of the students to have sex. And after they were freed that the siblings at first would try to stay apart unless the event (supernatural or other ways) makes their minds bodies and souls yearn or lust after one another quickly or slowly. If the author were to go the angle of the spurned girl maybe after the events have her try to get the boy and have her not know at first that they made the connection they did. If the author drops the spurned girl maybe have a character like the Joker in the Dark Knight that does this to cause chaos or something. I do kind of like the idea of a multi-part story do you mean some of the story would be from the views of the different characters?

I had actually thought that the story could start with the spurned girl trying to get on the bus and later through flash backs or other ways like the bad guys get caught and say that a spurned girl hired them to do it or something. the sex wouldn't have to take place on the bus but maybe at a park a museum or some other location. And the motivation could be that the spurned girl could be so sure that she was supposed to be with the boy and that they would have the special (or imprint or what ever the author would want to call it) but she wanted the world to have the proof that it happened. I left out some of the original details because I wanted the author to have some creative freedom.

If anyone were to write this story they could change things more to their liking but as long as at least part of the premise is similar it would be okay.
