I think you put the primary conflict out there:

First girl is willing to have a sexual relationship but not a romantic one.

Maybe by contrast new girl is actually happy to get emotionally intimate with the group but is hesitant about physical intimacy.

Maybe new girl isn’t as conventionally attractive As MC but the guys can’t help but like the fact that she’s willing to be more open to them and in turn they can be more sincere with her. Whereas MC is happy to hang, help them with simple problems and fuck but the moment things get too real, she taps out.

Maybe both her and the new girl are scared of losing their friend group if they become intimate emotionally/physically and after a confrontation between the two of them where they open up to each other and fuck, they decide to give the guys a chance and the guys actually are understanding. That dynamic is ripe for drama. Contrary to what some people assume, it’s actually harder for girls to stay friends, especially in a group where there's already imbalance or unspoken tension. Even without any sexual history, female friendships can have their own layers of competitiveness, insecurity, or emotional nuance.

Now add in the fact that this girl has slept with all the guys, turned them down for anything deeper, and is used to being the center of attention? That’s a powder keg just waiting to pop.

The arrival of a new girl, fresh, maybe a little mysterious, and suddenly the object of lust? That’s going to ignite everything. It's a great thought. Just my personal opinon though, jealousy, especially competitive jealousy can be overdone.

Another approach could be in the spirit of cooperation, where the second girl is younger and/or less experienced, and the older girl acts as a mentor to her.

There are a few works on this theme already (for instance, the seminal book The School of Venus, and a few stories of Lit itself, including Gangbang Chaperon, which has a mother/daughter duo).

In this particular case, the focus is on the relationship between the girls, and how they find a healthy middle ground. For instance, the first girl could guide the second girl to her first double penetration. In turn, the second girl could express desires for some acts that even shock the first girl.

Again, your story, you do you. This is just a twist which I thought could be refreshing.
