For the Record: I Am Not on a Tear

If you think today has been a tear of my being a bitch, well, you are mistaken.

.

I am Misstaken and often mistaken, however, I haven't seen you be a bitch today.

In fact, you gave us fair warning! :D

I think many newer posters are unaware of various dynamics on the board that are ever present. With time comes acknowledgment and understanding.

So do we kneel and kiss your hem, or is it your ring? Perhaps you have another choice in mind?

You may kiss my ring. My feet are ugly, I'll spare you having to get so close to them.

I would grovel with gratitude if I knew how to do that. Apparently it's a skill needed around here.
Hmmm...just not me.

If someone doesn't like my attitude or posting style, I would beg them not to read me.

Can we all go to our corners now?

I am still mistaken and still don't see where lavey is being a bitch.

I am also not an ass kisser, clique follower. I simply speak my mind, when I chose to.

We all have more depth than is apparent in text. Learning how to "read" one another is part of the challenge and folly of lit.

So, it seems it is time for everyone to lighten up a bit. Lit is supposed to be entertaining.

I think I get what Lavender was going for now, and I toss an olive branch her way.

People who haven't been on this board forever don't always get the in jokes, and that's fine. It's expected. But I think maybe today people were feeling like they were the butt (one T or 2?) of those jokes and that can make people defensive.

Let's just call it a bad day and leave it here.

I love happy endings!

:rose: for sunstruck.

:rose: for lavey.

And a shot of Jim Beam for me!

*sniff*
