Coincidentally...the avatar changed because Kendra didn't like it so much and because last night my Illini pulled off the greatest comeback in school history to beat Clemson. The new av is the late, great and much-lamented Chief Illiniwek symbol of the University that the NCAA made us cease and desist using because, as the Jewish professor who railed against it said, it's discriminatory and brings disrespect to the Illinois nation...a tribe that no longer exists...:rolleyes:

And no, there isn't more to me than what meets the eye. I'm a straight shooter. Not too much mystery here, I'm afraid.

I could get a cowboy hat and we could play cowboys and indians. . . .Ill let you capture me. . . .
 
I have long been used to the stupidity of our legal system and the vacuous intellectual drivvel that passes for philosophy from contemporary "thinkers" or academics.


I now have very low expectations from them all.

I believe you on the first part, I don't believe you for a second on the second part.

Take a gander at the first four pages of that opinion; it's actually quite humorous for an Appeals Court opinion.
