For any who may wish it, allow me to offer to any who PM me my several year old 7 page BDSM Lifestyle Checklist for your use.
While it is primarily designed for use by those active in the BDSM or Erotic Power Exchange Lifestyle's use it can also open the doors for the honest exchange of information between any consenting adults who will fill it out with total honesty to be exchanged it with their 'signifigant other' for one they've also filled out.
As I don't have a webpage I can't just post it there and give out a URL for any to visit and get it. If you'll PM me and ask with an addy where I may send it I'll be happy to do so. Feel free to 'pass it around freely', but as it's my work I would appreciate leaving the By line there as well at the credit due to Lady Gwen for reformatting it for me. (Nothing like an admitted spreadsheet junkie for doing things like that. *G* Thanks Gwen.)
