Following in Poppa's proud footsteps.....

nice toy,,, you leave it outside?? In New York???

nice looking young 'un,,, that surely can't yours,,,

Thanks and yes - he is ours (mine) - sorry - all my kids look great.

As for the new toy? Thanks again. Yes - I've ridden two wheeled, powered machines for most of my life - about 32 years of riding joy at this point.

I love motorcycles.

And when I got transferred to NYC here - I had this cherry bike that I had kept spotless. I was afraid to park it on the street. It cost me a small fortune in indoor parking fees and I ended up not riding it as much as I'd liked to.

So with this new toy - I decided that all this "babying the bike" shit would have to go. I vowed to park it right outside and let it take whatever came it's way - that way - I can ride it at the drop of a hat you see.

Which is what I've been doing.

And check this out - I rangled a corporate spot (on the sly) in the MidTown office building where I work. So for extended periods of rain - or most importantly - if I want to work on it - I can take it there. See pic.

I've even put the thing on the service elevator in the building and brought it into my office for the superior light to work on it.

Hey Spark!

Nice ZRX but the helmet has got to go.

hehe- wouldn't your boss be surprised to see what you brought to work with you!

And I though I was bad when I had to take a sick cat with me on the weekend.
