Are followers listed in any particular order when looking at an author's list of followers? Is it the order in which people have followed that profile by date they began following?

That's how it seems to me.
My Control Panel just adds the name of the latest follower at the end of the list, with no sorting option. And when I look at the list of followers in my author page, I get it in reversed order... so, the last name in my CP list is the first name in the AP list.
