OMFG! I can't believe I forgot to post this ... on the island where we kayaked to ... the current was really strong ... I kept floating away ... even while SITTING on the floor & digging in my feet & hands ... must have been the built-in floatations devices :D

We get very little flooding here by my house. They keep the drains vaccumed out. Plus we have brick streets so they seep thru faster then pavement. :nana:

Yeah I noticed the red roads were less flooded than blacktop ... interesting ...
