They said this morning that State Fair Grounds are open with free admission today. Carnival rides and other stuff for the labor day celebration...

Went kayaking today. Put in just before the toll on the way to Ft. DeSoto (not on the Pinellas Bayway). Kayaked to Shell Key Island and had a picnic. Then kayaked back. Tough paddle back ... low tide (so we had to take the long way) & against the current.
But it was fun! And I met 8 people I didn't know.
