too hot and too quiet today...

as opposed to any other summer day in Florida?

be glad it isn't 95% humidity to boot, although usually I won't complain about something that is hot and wet... :D

lol, it'd be better if I wasn't living in the hot and wet part of the summer in Florida. NO AC here and I'm stuck at home chained down in a cast right now.

... but then playing in the AC with hot wet stuff has never been a bad thing ever.

Agreed! LOL

But yep hot as hell today, it's not even the heat it's that steamy humidity that is a pain in the ass.

The afternoon storm clouds are forming, but nothing looks ominous...

Getting some gray clouds in my area but that's about it. I'm just ready for it to be 5:00 so I can go home.

ok you know I'm stuck at home these days... and let me tell you day time TV sucks. BUT today has been crazy. 3 times I have been hit with those Emergency Broadcasting System screams.

Are they trying to tell me it's hurricane season again???

The neighbor's kids came to visit from Oregon for a week. They got in last night and the granddaughter can't believe how hot it is here. Boy is she is for a surprise when she gets up today. The plan is a beach day at Fort Desoto to relax and get used to the time difference.

At least someone is having some beach fun today!
