Hey Bill, I was only teasing about the L.A. thing. Please don't take offence. I have a cheeky side and at times I can't control it.

The only thing the sun has done is browned my skin.
Work is the curse of the perverted class and I have to earn a paycheck to pay for my net service so I can (cum) here. At least with going in so early, I am off in time to catch a little time in the sun and run my errands in the light of day.
Places a helluva strain on my social life, but nothing I can't deal with. Just have to have a man who is accomidating to my hours. Besides...... Sex is great at any time of day!

I know it was a just a little yank on the chain. I didn't take it seriously. Besides, I just live here; I'm not a native. And after those idiots in S. Florida fucked up the election, this state is sorta embarrassing. And Redneck Riviera is appropriate, but mostly for the LA coast. And if "The Snake" would stop with the mullett toss at the Florabama and getting arrested for drunk driving, it might just help the image of this place. But I doubt it.

So, Kym, what part of the state do you reside in? And do you need help with the sunscreen?

Erm.... Bill?? I happen to be both a native and I reside in S. Fl. >>cough<< I was pretty embarrassed with the whole chad thing as well, but what can I say? I didn't have any problem with the butterfly ballot. For what its worth, I am a product of the much ridiculed Dept. of Florida Education; and I had no difficulty with voting, nor did any others that I know. It was those who are from the "northern regions" who couldn't make heads nor tails of a simple ballot and ended up making Florida the brunt of all jokes. As if we needed more jokes about us, what with our geriatric population, the evil rat's kingdom in the centre of our state, eating up our natural resources, human's washing up on our shores like mad,algal blooms on our corral reefs from toxins being pumped into our oceans, oh dear... the list goes on.... but I digress.
Just goes to further prove that being from the South does not equate to stupidity!

I can always use someone to apply sunscreen Bill, are you volunteering?? How's tomorrow sound? I'm free if you are.

No Civil War in Fla.

Howdy Folks!
No sense starting a North/South Florida civil war here. The fact that, among others, Wisconsin, New Mexico and Oregon all had recount problems only shows that the Electorial College is a NATIONAL idiocity. "Sorry people, but your 49.5% of the votes don't amount to shit!" It was just that this state made or broke the election.


Kym, there is nothing sexier than an intelligent, insightful woman, I smell a trip to S. FL. Wish I could say that I am sorry you've been all wet since we chatted last.


I was born in Tampa, raised my elementary years in Homestead and the remainder in "my home", Ft. Walton Bch. Being a "born and raised" Floridian and also a product of local education has allowed me to see THIS big picture:
1. Some jerk in CO, MN or TN (to name only a few) WILL bury his oil or his car battery.
2. It WILL leach to an aquifier.
3. It WILL drain into the Gulf.
4. The Gulf Stream WILL circulate it around the base of Florida killing the coral.
STOP IT!!
Guess I'll take my soapbox and go now.

Well Donlslc, its dried out a bit; no rain since Tuesday evening. But.... I was very wet today ................went for a dip in the ocean. It was brilliant. After riding my bike to the beach and a walk along the shore, I needed to cool off a bit. Just another day in paradise Darlin!

Hiya Don, yea Babe I know what you mean about busy. I returned to work last Wednesday after having 8 weeks off while I recovered from surgery and its been tough getting back into it.
But........ today is my "Friday" and I hope to spend the next several days enjoying the sun,surf, and Lit. Just purchased a new swim suit and need to get it wet **laughing** so to speak!

BRRRRRR! We didn't have frost here Don, but its a helluva big difference from Saturday's weather!
I don't like having to wear all of these clothes anytime of year, but particulary at this time of year!

Good news is; by Wednesday, it will be back into the 80's. Just in time for my "weekend"!
Really need the two days off too, it was a rough couple of days at work. Looking forward to feeling the warm sun on bare skin, don'tcha know?

Thanx Bill. I am doing quite well and have been working my rear end off at work, but days off are in sight and warmer weather to boot! Yippee!
Unfortunetly, the city in which I live frowns upon going topless at the public beach. Silly Bastards!

OK Kym. You humbled me into posting. I've been fishing the past few days. The Spanish Mackeral are coming back in and the full-blown King and Spanish Mac. season is near. Time to wet a line or two. And no; no worm jokes here.

Damn Bill! If I had known you were out catching Spanish, I would have grabbed my rod and drove up to see you! I Spanish Mackeral! Truth be known, there isn't a fish that swims the deep blue sea that I don't enjoy!! But fresh Spanish on the grill?? MMMM, lip smacking good stuff!
I haven't been fishing here in many months. Having the schedule I do, when my friends are fishing, I'm working and visa versa. Really need to find someone that fishes during the week. It doesn't matter if they are into trolling, (i do skirts), reef (chum anyone??), or run and drop (Live from 30 miles off). I am into all types of fishing. I really like the catching much better though!!

Keep me posted Bill, I am truly interested in hearing of your catches. PM me if you don't wish to post your fish tales here. OK?
