Flashing - Accidental or Deliberate?

A few weeks ago I was at a urinal when a guy walked in and unzipped. He lifted out all his junk and then took out his phone and started texting - leaving everything on full display hands free. I wondered at the time whether he was deliberately showing himself off or whether it was just the unavoidable consequence of needing to send a text message.

So I'm interested to know if you have deliberately flashed someone else and found a way to make it look accidental? Or has someone done something similar to you?
