Did you have a tough time finally getting over the hurdle of accepting the fact that you need glasses. I'm getting my eyes checked on Friday, and I know I need them, but I've been fighting it for months now. I don't even know why.

I got them in 2nd grade so it wasn't a big deal? But in 3rd grade I had the school-given eye-exam, and the lady made me take off my glasses..so I failed, so she sent me home with a letter saying I desperately needed glasses. And I cried. I mean wtf I already had glasses!
