Obviously, Trump should nominate Ted Cruz to the Supreme Court to fill the current vacancy. Then the Republican Congress should pass law, and Trump should enact it, that would cut down the Court justices to the original six: a Chief and 5 Associates, meaning that 4 current justices would either have to die or retire before another justice could be nominated. Then Congress should pass an Amendment enforcing a 2-term limit on Senators and a 5-term limit on Representatives, and send it to the States for ratification. That ought to shake up the federal government nicely to start off.
 
You forgot The Wall and its accompanying war, the police sweeps leading to mass deportations, the demolition of the NY Times, Wash Post, ABC/NBC/CBS/CNN and other opposition media, the arrests of the Clinton and Obama teams and families, the giant gold--and-marble statue of The Donald to be erected atop the Washington Monument, and the closing of Literotica. You're forgetting about her being busted with shit gobs of stolen classified US Government documents on her private electronic devices. FBI came out and said it.

Also a bunch of immunity deals, pleading the fifth and FBI saying 'no charges because.........because reasons." =/= exoneration.

She needs to suffer the same fate as a GS1 or PVT that took classified government documents. She needs to be put on trial for stealing classified government shit.

Just like the PO2 who took a selfie in the wrong room, just like the LT who accidentally loaded maps on his private laptop, figured a generic delete was good and failed to report it.

She needs to pay for those 110 emails, that means prison.

Before the states could vote to ratify it (let alone 3/4 of them actually ratifying it), either Congress or a Convention of the states would have to pass it as an Amendment by a 2/3 super majority. Given the currently corrupted partisan climate, and despite the Republican federal majority beginning January 20, I don't see that happening - yet. But, even right now the call for a Constitutional Convention of the states is just short of the required 34, so who knows what the near future may hold.

No matter. My concern isn't popularity, it's republican form of government principle. And I truly believe that the States and the People must passionately reclaim their original constitutional roles in serving as THE checks and balances on federal government if this Leviathan is ever again to be limited in practical, constitutional regard.

Not yet, but I can dream. Split California into two and one of them would vote for that. Split Texas into 5 States and four of them would vote for it.
