You got to work up to it; start with small plugs but gradually increase the size until you can take something bigger. Otherwise you can actually injure yourself.

My ass is well-trained; I rarely feel that entry pain. But if I do, it's extreme, nothing pleasurable about it, and will only get worse if I continue. So if it happens, I have the freeze the action, neither in nor out, until it relaxes.
