This has been a horrible, suck-ass day for me! This is the first day in 18 years that I have not lit up a ciggerette! My nerves are shot to hell, I'm fucking shaking, can you die from trying to quit smoking?

Keep with it. I smoked for almost 20 years. Remember, just one is all it takes for you to have another, and then another...

I still crave one (been a year now). But it does get easier with time.

candy is a good. As to the sex part, they tell us girls it cures
everything, go for it... We are all behind you. and you know that

It was my stress buster too but I need to find a new one, smoking is too expensive anymore!

My smoking is about 13 a day.....lol and I have done it for way too many years....And when I go to heaven...it better be the *smoking section*

At my worst I was up to 2 and a half packs a day, around here that's around $7.25 a day, that can take a nice chunk of change out of your wallett!

Hey Barn! Good for you! I know you can do it! I quit 5 years ago and never looked back. A friend in Med School helped me a lot when he told me that the first 14 days are the physical withdrawl, after that, it's all in your head. If your a strong willed person who really doesn't want to smoke anymore, there's nothing that will make you pick up another one.

If it gets to bad, find me on here anytime hon. I'll be glad to be your sponsor.

Good luck to you Barn I gave up 14 years ago after smoking 50 a day. The only way to do it is go cold turkey.I know its hard but you can do it
