First Day at the Job

Today was my first day at the new job. My first job in 2 years.

It went great. My coworkers are nice and funny, the job was challenging, and it turned out my cousin's son works in the same office!

We had 4 hours of education and role playing, and then we were given a phone, a list of phone numbers, and a sheet cheat. In the one hour that was left of the work night, I actually managed to sell 2 products! I was the only one of us newbies that managed to sell anything at all!
That's 40:- straight into my pocket, that is! Enough to buy me a BigMac.
I'm going back there again tomorrow - GODDESS, it feels good to have a job again!

I'll be working 3 nights a week at first, and then more if I'm not too tired. I'll be working Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays. Except for 6th and 7th of June, when I'm getting time off to be with Hubby. My boss felt sorry for me when I explained that we only see each other 4 times a year!

I suppose it's the more pointy end, if you are going for something more conventional.
