FInal Fantasy VII: The Aftermath

The events on this thread will take part on the years after the whole meteor crashing into earth crisis (thats right, that means Sephiroth is not contemplated as a character option).

Aeris is back from the dead ( The power of the Ancients brought her back after Sephiroth was defeated and meteor was stopped). Everyone went basically their own way to solve problems of their own and are now coming back together... to face new threats? to have new adventures? Only time will tell...

Cloud

He sits in a bar stool with his head down looking to a glass of water, thinking of what should be done. It was a time of peace now after we stopped Sephiroth and his plans for destruction, but what could we do now. He thought of Tifa and smiled to himself. He had to find something to do or else he would die of boredom.

“Damn”

He takes a large sip of water and just looks to the liquid and thinks and waits.

Vincent

After the planet was saved, I found there was no home for me, and no point in wandering the planet any longer. I went back to sleep in the Shinra Mansion for a countless time, having no use for staying with Cloud and his friends while the planet was at peace... but one day my rest was disturbed. Cid had come to tell me that the group was getting back together, but when pressed, could not tell me what awaited me. I decided I would join them, and cam aboard the Highwind with him, not sure of what was ahead of me...

Barret

The warm wind blew against my face as my one good hand held onto the cloak covering my body. It had been fairly quiet since the days of Sephiroth and the Shinra empire, and in that time I had lost touch with the remaining members of Avalanche. Would never admit it outloud, but a part of me had really missed the old gang during these peacefull days, especially Cloud and Tifa due to the short time we spent together before things went crazy. But it wasn't just nostalgia that had drawn me from my new home away from them all.

No, I had received a call from Cid that the group was getting together again. He didn't say what was happening, and my responce was a simple 'no thanks' at the time. However, as the day pressed on, it was becoming harder for me to push the thought of this "reunion" or sorts out of my mind. In the end, I decided to say my goodbyes to those who I'd made a new life with in the past few years, and headed off towards the location Cid gave me before I cut him off.

So I would met them there on foot, and find out myself what was going on with the others. It was only a matter of minutes now before I would reach the location. Wasn't sure what to expect at the time, but knowing this group of people, it was sure to be anything but boring.
